1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Selah Ops (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Selah Ops provides an AI-powered operating platform for businesses, including AI employee management, CRM, task management, knowledge base, and reporting features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Free trial periods do not require a credit card and convert to paid subscriptions only with explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate recommendations, drafts, and analysis. All AI-generated content requires your explicit approval before any action is taken. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time. Upon account cancellation, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
