We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, organization details, and any data you upload to the Service. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, errors encountered) to improve the product.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts), and communicate product updates. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure (Supabase / AWS). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. We conduct regular security reviews and follow responsible disclosure practices.
We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI). Each provider operates under their own privacy policies. We share only the data necessary for each service to function.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
You have the right to access, correct, and export your data at any time. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Upon cancellation, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Contact us at hello@selahops.io to exercise these rights.
We use session cookies for authentication and workspace selection. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this will affect the Service's functionality.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
